The Imo House of Assembly has just impeached Deputy Speaker, Amara Iwuanyanwu. Also the seven house members who were suspended months ago have been recalled. Sitting at the Imo House of Assembly have been adjourned till Thursday 4th November, 2021. Reasons for the impeachment are not yet known.
