The Sole Administrator of Ohaji/Egbema Local Government Area of Imo State, Hon. Prince Marcel Amadioha, has given his profound appreciation to the indigenes of Ohaji/Egbema for voting massively for the APC Governorship Candidate, His Excellency, Senator Hope Uzodimma, during the November 11 2023 poll.
Amadioha gave the hearty appreciation in a chat with our reporter in Owerri on Monday.
Amadioha expressed satisfaction of how both members, supporters of APC and fans of Governor Hope Uzodimma firmly and unreservedly demonstrated their unadulterated love for the Governor with their ballots hence his landslide victory at the election.
Amadioha, an administrator per excellence, said the victory of Governor Hope Uzodimma was largely due to his democratic torch and humanitarian activities which ranged from solid road construction/rehabilitation, quality education, health provision and other infrastructures including massive youth employment, eregular payment of salaries and pensions to workers and retirees in the state.
Amadioha reflected that the Governor’s guber victory was well and highly deserved given the fact that he really worked for his reelection in office as Governor, saying his democratic achievements in the oil rich region are enormous hence the payback by the people through their ballots.
The SOLAD also used this medium to thank the enlarged prominent leaders of Ohaji/Egbema LGA led by Rt. Goodluck Nanah Opiah, who worked collectively and mutually to ensure that this victory was achieved.
“His Excellency, Senator Hope Uzodimma, has done numerous dignifying and developmental projects for the people of Ohaji/Egbema.
He built an Ultramodern General Hospital through ISOPADEC at Umuokanne, Ohaji, attracted a branch of Federal Polytechnic to Abaezi, Egbema, upgraded Imo State Polytechnic Umuagwo to University of Agriculture and Environmental Sciences, revamped Adapalm Plantation where backlog of salaries were paid to workers sacked by the past regime, many of the workers were reinstated.
He built new roads, rehabilitated some. The Governor appointed many sons and daughters of Ohaji/Egbemain into the APC led administration among who is the former Minister (State) for Education, Rt. Hon. Goodluck Nanah Opiah”, The SOLAD maintained.
He urged the people to continue to work on the same page with the APC led government to enable the regime to consolidate goodness, advance social development and economic prosperity for improved peace, comfort and security.
